Meanwhile, Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. became a wholly owned subsidiary of FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation in November 2019 and will be renamed FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. on 1 April 2021 with the commitment to continuously delivering business innovations through cutting-edge products, solutions and services made possible by the synergy of group-wide technologies under the Fujifilm brand.
Locally, Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) refined our business strategy and operations in respond to the expectations of our customers and the communities where we are operating in. We pursued for synergistic collaboration between Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) and Fuji Xerox Document Management Solutions Asia Limited since July 2019, and we are confident that its exceptional digital capabilities as an industry leader in transactional printing, document digitization and continuous improvement will give our business a strong push. Sustainability is always the top priority of the stakeholders. Observing the stricter requirements of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Reporting Guide issued by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) has continued to develop different initiatives to mitigate the related risks.
Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) focuses on supporting our customers with various green solutions and reducing their carbon emissions by accelerating their digital transformation. We have been adhering to the FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation’s Sustainable Value Plan 2030 with Science Based Targets.
Besides, we have been at the forefront of business innovation by advocating and achieving Goal 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth under the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In August 2019, our ApeosPort-VII C5573/C6673/C7773 series was certified as “Highly Recommended” and “Highly Reliable” by Buyers Laboratory of Keypoint Intelligence in recognition of its remarkable performance in terms of reliability, usability, productivity and image quality. Enhancement of user experience is essential to our competitiveness, so we launched the ApeosWare My Document Portal (AMDP) v5.5 PRO manageability solution to offer customers a unique combination of print management and sustainability analysis. With its customizability and flexibility that take business performance to the next level, Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) received the 11th Biz.IT Excellence 2019 by PCM, the leading computer and IT magazine in Hong Kong. We have also applied the advanced technology of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to different business areas to meet the needs of our customers, such as the optimization of our locally developed Intelligent Environmental, Social and Governance (iESG) 2.0 management tool, a smart tool to manage corporate ESG data. By incorporating RPA in the data collection process, the process of inputting and consolidating iESG data and data accuracy can be significantly improved.

Not only do we need to expand our offerings to reach more customers, but also explore more value-added solutions through innovation in order to differentiate us in an increasingly competitive landscape.
